El sindicato denuncia que los despidos de trabajadores por la huelga aumentan a 28 y que está trayendo TCP de su aerolínea Malta Air. “Y el Gobierno español, mirando para otro lado”.
Según la información de USO, uno de los sindicatos convocantes junto con Sitcpla, el número de retrasos en las operaciones de Ryanair asciende a 77 vuelos (27 salidas y 50 llegadas) en los aeropuertos de Barcelona, 14 (7 salidas y 7 llegadas); en Madrid, 9 (1 salida y 8 llegadas); en Palma de Mallorca, 14 (3 salidas y 11 llegadas); en Málaga, 20 (10 salidas y 10 llegadas); Sevilla 1 (1 llegada); en Alicante, 10 (3 salidas y 7 llegadas); en Ibiza, 2 (2 llegadas); en Girona 1 (1 llegada) y en Santiago de Compostela, 6 (3 salidas y 3 llegadas). Mientras, en el Aeropuerto de Valencia, no se han registrado incidencias vinculadas a la huelga hasta las 13:00 horas.
Lidia Arasanz, secretaria general de USO-Ryanair, ha afirmado que, en esta nueva jornada de huelga, los trabajadores de Ryanair siguen sorprendidos de que el Estado español, liderado además por un Gobierno socialista, deje que esta empresa «continúe vulnerando los derechos de trabajadores».
Agregó que, en estos momentos, ya cuentan con 28 trabajadores despedidos «únicamente por haber ejercido su derecho a huelga, que en España es constitucional, un número que va en aumento día a día, y más de 200 bajo expedientes disciplinarios de la compañía por el mismo motivo, los cuales pueden acabar, de un momento a otro, en nuevos despidos».
Por otra parte, Arasanz ha denunciado que la low cost irlandesa «continúa con sus prácticas fraudulentas y totalmente ilegales. Tenemos constancia de que está trayendo a trabajadores de la compañía Malta Air, del Grupo Ryanair, para trabajar durante semanas en España, con contratos de otro país y de otra aerolínea para sabotear el derecho a huelga de los empleados con base en España. Esto es ‘esquirolaje’ y es ilegal y esperamos una respuesta de las instituciones españolas para que no se permita en nuestro país».
Puntualizó: «Solo pedimos que se cumpla la legislación española, se acaten las sentencias judiciales y se respete la libertad sindical de elegir a las organizaciones que quieren que los represente»
