En dicho trimestre, el EBITDA recurrente fue de 177,5 millones de euros, cinco veces mayor que el de los mismos meses del año pasado, y alcanzó un beneficio neto total de 61,6 millones de euros, frente a unas pérdidas de 21,3 millones de euros entre abril y junio de 2021.
En la Junta General de Accionistas, Ramón Aragonés, consejero delegado de NH Hotel Group, reconocía que “la primera parte del 2022 ha superado todas las expectativas” y que la estrategia de «defender los precios, sacrificando ocupación» estaba permitiendo superar las cifras de negocio del año pre-COVID.
