En el convenio firmado por la patronal y el sindicato se ha acordado la posibilidad de contratar fijos discontinuos a tiempo parcial ya que, tras la reciente reforma laboral, se dejaba abierta a los convenios colectivos de ámbito sectorial o autonómico la posibilidad de poder realizarlos
Este acuerdo supone, según han subrayado desde la Asociación, “la culminación del trabajo emprendido en el marco del derecho y la obligación que tienen las partes firmantes de contribuir a la defensa y promoción de los intereses económicos y sociales que les son propios. La negociación ha transcurrido en el marco de un diálogo social presidido por la buena fe negociadora de las partes”.
Rechazo de CCOO
Sin embargo la Federación de Servicios de CCOO en Cantabria ha informado en un comunicado de que no ha firmado el nuevo convenio colectivo de hostelería porque no recoge las medidas que considera “imprescindibles” para los trabajadores del sector. Y eso que desde el sindicato, en palabras de la secretaria general de la citada Federación, Marta Careaga, han “negociado hasta el último momento, pero finalmente no ha sido posible”.
